Filming & Photography Information

COMMERCIAL FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY CHARGES

Landside: £150 per hour

• public areas on the airport site.

Airside: £250 per hour

• all areas which require security clearance on the Airport site

Escorts: £100 per escort for up to 4 hours

• one escort is required per 6 people to be escorted airside.
• escort(s) or the presence/assistance of airport staff may be required landside dependant upon the details of the film/photography shoot.

Other charges

• other charges may be made to cover unusual or additional requests i.e. booking a meeting room for the cast and crew for the duration.  Such costs will be discussed and agreed prior to the film/photography shoot.

Exclusions

• security staff, areas or procedures cannot be filmed or photographed.
• customers or staff may not be filmed, photographed or interviewed without the prior permission of Cardiff International Airport and the Airline/Tour Operator/Baggage Handling Agent in question.

Requirements

• a minimum 7 days notice.
• copy of public liability insurance certificate (min of £2m landside and £40m airside).
• copy of risk assessment/method statement
• Invoice address/details
