Cardiff Airport New Website goes live

Cardiff International Airport has launched its redesigned website www.cardiffairportonline.com which marks a dramatic improvement in appearance, navigability and usability.
The new site will enable users to sign up to a newsletter, look at with the latest holiday deals, as well as including a map of scheduled and charter destinations from Cardiff. The new site also provides users with the latest news and live flight information on ariving and departing flights.
Cardiff International Airport's sales and marketing manager Vincent Rey explains, "The new site is more customer friendly, easy to use and more attractive to users, which are essential factors in maintaining a competitive position both nationally and internationally.
"We have redesigned the website as part of an ongoing commitment to improve and update the airport's web presence and anticipate that users will make full use of this service."
New features on the airport's site also include a media centre, charter and scheduled flight details and a downloadable Summer 2005 timetable.
The site has been designed to strict XHTML compliance for the W3C guidelines and the website is also aiming for Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliancy.
